    Hey this is my first post here, my boyfriend has a 00 gt coupe and I'll soon have a 4-door 97 gtp as soon as it's out of the shop. It's engine's currently being rebuilt from the ground up as it was knocking something terrible after driving it home. Transmission shifted perfectly so I'm hoping to be able to fortify it in the future so this car will last me a long time. We also have a gt for parts and a 01 gtp we'll be selling too.

    Thanks, I hope so too, at least longer than my ford's rebuild did which was about 5k miles

    That's about what people are reporting for 3800 rebuilds. I've always just gotten them from recyclers when I blow them up. It seems to be more cost effective that way.

    Keep us updated though, I'm curious.
