For Oil pressure i would suggest getting a sandwich plate adapter from glowshift.com. It screws inbetween the engine and the filter and has ports to put in a sending unit for an oil psi gauge. Water temp you can get an adapter from glowshift.com that allows you to put a sending unit right into the radiator hose line. you cut a section of the hose out, put this adapter in and screw in your sending unit. PM me if you have more questions.
