If it doesnt happen all the time I almost wonder if its something electrical or even with the gear selector.

I hope you got one helluva deal buying it with a defective tran. I would think you are going to hit them up tomorrow about this. How long ago did you purchase the GP, were in WI, small shop or what?

I bought the car late November. And i told him it might be the tranny and he was shocked, a while ago when i purchased the car. And it was at a small dealer called little chute auto.

Hey guys, i talked to thw guy who sold my car to me. He is agreeing to buy the products to change the fluid in my transmission, gasket and filter. We still do not know what the problem is with my transmission. So we are changing the stuff in my transmisson to see if that helps.

have someone (or yourself) drop the pan and change the fluid and filter, look to see if there are chunks of metal on the bottom of the pan when you drop it, if so its toast, if you dont see anything put the new filter in and new fluid see if that helps, if not sounds like a new tranny is needed, or a rebuild.

If you got the car in November, you should have taken it back to them a LONG time ago. And you will quickly come to find you have no friends/don't know anybody when big time money comes up as an issue, ESPECIALLY with a car salesman. I can almost guarantee you that if it's the trans, he will deny you a replacement/any further help.
