Quota questions

Can someone tell me the secret to the upload quota? I've looked around and can find no clue. I tried to attach photos to my posts and it's not at all clear. There was only a "file types" guide, but no quota or files size instructions. After successfully posting one photo (339 K), I haven't been able to post another. I tried to replace the posted photo with a smaller one, but I get the "exceed quota" message. ???

up load your pics to a host site, photo bucket or other. and then copy the direct link and paste it into the icon in the post icon bar, 3 rd from the right.

or right click any photo and copy the url, then past it into the that icon as well.

Create a photo bucket account the upload pics to it. Then copy and paste the img code beside of the pic in photo bucket
