Hello everyone. I don't own a GP, rather an Intrigue with the 3.5 "shortstar". Sometimes wish it had a 3800 series 2 for the ease of modification, but I still appreciate the 3.5. I have done many mods so far such as the 12" front brake upgrade, strut tower braces front and rear, and numerous other small appearence mods. If there are any other fellow Intrigue owners that have any questions let me know, I have a lot of "wrench" hours in it.

Welcome! My mom has an 01 Intrigue with the 3.5 in it as well. Pics and how many miles does it have?

lol I hear you on that, I have a slight coolant leak from the water cross-over pipes that I'm dreading diving into, and secondary air issues that drive me nuts but will be fixed in due time.
My Intrigue is an 02' with 130,000 miles that I paid $400.00 for a little over a year ago and it had been neglected for years. I'll get pics up as soon as I get on my computer tonight. Thanks for the warm welcome fella's

The 01 has 250,000mi and is still kicking. It has an exhaust leak now but I think thats all thats wrong with it. Never had any major repairs that I can recall.

Soo whats exactly the problem that makes people say they aren't a good motor?

Here are a few pictures of my Intrigue,http://m1065.photobucket.com/profile/505_pike , I will update soon as I have blacked the tail lights out, have rims waiting to go on, as well as the 12" rear brake upgrade to compliment the front.
