    Hey
I have loved GP's since I was 18 and bought my first one. It was a 72 J. Since then I had a 92, & another 72 SJ, which is just sitting in my driveway waiting for me to finish up the body work.

Right now I am looking at a 2003 GTP with 103K on it. The car is incredibly clean, with new tires. Private owner. He was asking $5200. I was only able to get him down to $4800. The car has a "R" title. says he was in an accident 3 years ago and couldn't part with the car. He says he has all the corresponding paperwork for the title, (inspections, receipts, etc.)

    Any thoughts?

seems a little high for a rebuilt title most of the time if it is rebuilt it got a pretty good hit and 9 out of 10 a car is never the same as it was before it was hit

Well I bought the car tonight. Rides GREAT! PO had all paperwork dating back to when he purchased. Didn't get a chance to go through it but I think there are some pics of the car before being put back together. I'll have to wait till tomorrow to go through it all.

Good buy IMO, sure the price might be a tad more than what I woulda payed.

Its only got 100k on it and its got all the paper work to prove the works been done.

And what other people dont take into account is your location and the prices around you. Someone buying from texas wont see that same price in the northern states like Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Wound up paying $4700. Took the car on 2 hr ride up the NJ turnpike this weekend. Love it.
