I am new to the forum and have been trying to diagnose my '99. Started out with hard surges at interstate speed...like maybe the ignigiton was shut off and back on with the torque converter locked up, I changed the trans fluid and added some torque converter lube this weekend but to no avail. In addition to the highway speed issue the tach will wave up and down 300 rpm with it in park then the engine will sometimes die. Starts right back up...any suggestions?
It is stock with 180,000 miles on it.
