Could be a number of things.

I say start with checking for a vacuum leak. Some ThrottleBody/Starting Fluid/Injector Cleaner spray would be needed, you spray all the connecting points on the vacuum lines 1 by one. If at any point spraying a piece causes the engine RPMS to rise then that area has a leak. I understand this would be difficult in this circumstance, may require the use of a helper to hold the rpms at a low rpm without bouncing too much or letting the car die.

Also if you could answer these questions it would help greatly.

Was the problem happening before or after you did the tune up and bought the new MAF Sensor?
Had you performed any work on the car immediately prior to it having problems?
When you hold your foot on the gas and keep it running, does it have a CEL (Check Engine Light) on?
    - If it does have a CEL: Have you scanned for the codes? If yes, what are they?
What all did you replace/change while performing the tune up?
When was the last time you replaced the Fuel Filter?

Might have blown the maf fuse under the hood. I can't remember the number but it says IGN something. Check that out. Sounds like you have some bad wiring somewhere.
