    Hey guys new hear just reading around doing a bit of research before I buy my first gp. I currently own a 94 olds cutlass supreme

    Thanks guys I'm thinking of an 98 gtp sedan or coupe doesn't reall matter looking for a bit of advice or any tips on what I should be looking for or what to stay away from

    Try to stay away from the 1997's as they have a few differences from the 98-03 (none which are for the better)

    Check to see if the lower intake manifold gasket has been replaced with the newer metal ones (original were plastic, and very prone to deform or break and cause coolant leaking problems)

    Dumb question but you can turn the traction control off on the 98 and newer models right

    Thanks txslow6 I thought so my buddy has a early 2000s century and you have to drop it into 1st gear to turn the TC off
