That depends on what you consider costly? What's your budget?

There is a lot of information on this site, you just have to search.... or you may get ridiculous answers. And you're going to need money to go fast, just saying.

500? lets see, SSAC headers about 175-200, plus a tune and make your own intake that may run tad bit more then 500 if u dont install the headers on your own

    AEM bruteforce intake
    Diablo 93 Octane tune

Yea, you are going to have to wait for more money i you go with borla. Is there any particular reason why you want a cat-back, like or sound. If you want performance oriented mods, I would suggest headers with a cat delete or a high flow cat before the cat back. Unless you plan on doing other mods down the road, I would hold off on getting your own tuner. Don't get me wrong, they are great... but do have a learning curve and with the mods you stated, might not be too economical. Just my .02

Im gonna go with a high flow cat. Also on the tuner I know nothing really about them. I was gonna just have a place program it for me. I know they say it unlocks your cars full potential. I dont know much about tuner cars in general. Im used to the old skools ez to work on an add power.

Modifying on a budget? Classifieds will be your best friend. Deals are out there. You just have to look for them.
