I was gifted a 1992 Grand prix Richard Petty edition and i have big plans on customizing it. Its white and i just painted the rims gloss black. I plan on posting pix soon, and i came on this forum in hopes of learning more about what i can do to my car and inspiration.

i didnt paint over the richard petty edition center cap, just the white because it was way too dirty to clean and gloss black looks so much better on them.

Do you realize how rare your car is?!? I wouldn't of painted over those wheels, painting them ruins the value. You would of been much better off selling those, buying other crosslace rims and painting those. You could of made a profit probably. I guess it's your choice though, and it's too late anyways. :P

    Pictures?

    Oh yes..welcome!

painting the rims wasnt the worst thing i did to it haha ill post some pics once i get a chance to, i had an axident and skrewed up the bumper and i had to have it reconstructed, it looks like it did new but the paint isnt 100% perfect. its hard to notice but theres a scuff on it. The other thing is that the front grills on the bumper were too messed up to fix so there was new grills made for it. custom fabricated and inserted.
