hello to all. i recently bought my first GTP which turned out to be the 03 limited edition with the white gauges and blue fogs and the spoiler. my question is i was trying to find some decal overlays for my GTP badge but mine are "different" and cant find them anywhere. heres a pic.

And heres a couple of the car to introduce it.

I know its missing the "limited Edition" badge on the trunk and one of the foglights dont work cuz the glass is gone.
But any input on the badge is apreciated.

    Welcome to GPF!

E-mail Reflective Concepts and I'm sure they would be more than willing to custom make overlays for you.

u know i never noticed that. could be camera angle or something. ill look into it though. and yes. first im going to put the intense solid motor mounts on it. i was looking at zzp's stage kits. i cant believe the potential of these cars. oh. And i saw some halo lights i kinda liked. i was always 50/50 on halos. but we'll see.

Welcome! Nice find, I couldn't find one like that anywhere! Btw, thanx for not asking what kind of mods you can do and how. Looks like you've found the search button all by yourself! ;-) enjoy the new ride!

    NO STAGE KITS!!!!!!!!!

GO to the general tech section and read the "Safely modding your 3800 powered car"

OR the Link in Spades signiture above.

You will find you can do more mods for cheaper and better mods than those stage kits.

i decided to start with the supporting mods before i rush into it. like the ubend and resonator delete and 3 in downpipe. im mostly concerned about the tranny. ive heard horror stories about them being weak? but i did find cheaper ways to mod than just a stage kit. sounds more fun too. BTW these cars are BEASTS in the snow! foot of snow on the ground and she trucks right through it.

I don't know about removing the resonator bud. I would just go with headers and leave the rest of the exhaust alone. I've read that removing the res will give you a raspy tone, and all the restriction is up front, manifolds/u-bend...that headers would eliminate. Do some more searches, browse around a lil more and read up on other ppls expereinces, what works/what doesn't, and learn from other ppls mistakes. Take your time, you can really save yourself alot of money and time by just reading up on things.

Good looking car, Was never sold on that spoiler though. But to each his own, I suppose. As for taking the res off, as long as you have mufflers, and not some stupid thrush turbo muffler or flowmaster 40 series it wont sound bad. had a 99 that the exhaust rusted through just decided to give it to a friend to do the work, came back with full 3 inch pipe with a glass pack where the res shoulda been, loud as hell and sounded amazing t idle. but was stooopid raspy. Do it how you want it, not how other people say to do it!
