Well, it seems as if I have gotten a little ahead of myself. My first post was in the car audio section.... I guess it's not hard to determine where my interest lies lol. I am from Arkansas, and I have recently acquired a 2000 grand prix gt coupe. Pretty basic, not many options at all... no sunroof, no HUD, no digital DIC, no heated seats, cloth interior... you get the idea. There is nothing done to the vehicle that I would consider a legitimate modification, other than the modest sound system currently installed. That shall become a rather formidable monster after I complete my electrical system upgrades... namely a 270amp alternator, a few stout AGM batteries, and a LOT of 4/0 welding cable (welding cable is OFC <oxygen free copper> and is often cheaper than car audio cable of the same size. The only downside is that it doesn't look as good and is less flexible.> I may delve into the performance aspects of the GP at some point in time... who knows. For now, I look forward to being a member of this forum, learning whatever I can, and contributing whatever knowledge and information I can to members who may find it useful. Thank you for having me.
