    hello everyone,
well i noticed this site as i was looking for parts and hey why not join?
anyways i just bought my first pontiac and of course i did it the right way.
i got a 1998 Grand Prix GTP with only 87000 and a brand new transmission,

anyways i payed $1900 was that a good deal?

also i have a hole in the exhaust resonator, can i just delete it and put a straight pipe there(it would go to duals). or can i glass pack it and connect it to the duals? i just want a cheap way of going around the resonator

oh and my budy has a stock 1997 t/a firebird ws6 with the lt1

he always talks MAD SH*T, do you think i could beat him?

First question do not put a strait pipe in place of the res, either put in another res or a big glass pack, you will get mad drone down the highway.
    Second question no.

Better to put a glass pack in place of the stock res. Otherwise it will sound a little bit chitty. I doubt you would beat a 97 WS6 unless you have a few specific bolt-on mods.
