    Folks:

I am about to embark on the installation of an L32 in a really nice 1987 Fiero and I just realized that the problems of installing it as a Series III are likely going to force it to be installed as a Series II.

The donor engine/ transmission/harness/pcm/bcm are from the same 3800 series III 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix.

It will be professionally installed by someone that has installed a bunch of Series I and II engines, but I can use all the input I can get!

I will be posting a lot of questions, I am sure.

We can start with, has anyone done this swap and if so I am interested in wiring/PCM/transmission related solutions." We have all of the physical issues covered (such as mounts, axles, exhaust, etc).

A picture of the car is attached. More pictures of the car are here: Picasa Web Albums - D2

    Thanks in advance!

    David

    Welcome to the community.

As a former owner of a Fiero, I will be watching this build with anticipation. There are a few that have done the swap. One of them had a website that appeared to have some really good info on it. The address escapes me at the moment though. You might do a google search on L67 swap + Fiero or something like that. But there are some out there and they are running pretty quick at the track.
