    What is the code?

If it is for the rear catalyst then your just looking at a new rear o2 sensor

Sweet... bring it to a dealer. Cat is warranteed for at least 80K unlimited years. Or is it 120K? Either way..

No..it doesn't matter. Car manufacturers had problems with emissions equipment in the beginning and the public was outraged by the cost of a catalytic converter. So the EPA mandated that all car manufacturers had to warranty the cats to at least 80K miles.

My truck got all 4 new cats for free at about 75K miles. And ...then I er uh bought a new o2 sensor..lol
