    only have half boost in my 97 gtp. anyone else have this problem

    welcome to the forums, are there any other symptoms?

    no , but i do have a engine code p1645d boost control solenoid control circuit

    sounds like the solenoid is your problem then, time for a replacement

    Change out your boost solenoid should solve the issue.
