Installed the autolite 104's, side gapped at .050" and the ZZP wires this morning.

I think I'll hold off on ordering the intercooler kit until next month.
Just ordered SD headers, 100feet of 2" 1/8" thick black header wrap with lock ties, front and rear o2 extenders, and 1.9 ratio rockers with installation kit.
Anyone know if the o2 sims that just move the o2 sensor out of the exhaust stream work for these cars?
Got the header wrap in the mail last night. The ZZP stuff is out for delivery right now and will be there when I get home. Fedex should be delivering the headers on Tuesday. I also ordered an angled o2 sim to move the rear sensor out of the direct exhaust stream. That will be arriving through UPS tomorrow.
I also paid for a set of chrome projector headlights for the car earlier this morning, and just ordered front and rear reflective red lettering for the bumpers, and autoventshade taillight covers.
cool deal!
Here's what I've got in the mail so far for performance parts. More to come!
Tomorrow morning I'll be replacing the dexcool with green coolant and installing the 180 degree t-stat as well. I will also be doing oil changes on all 3 of my cars. The Mailbu and Grand Prix both are getting German Castrol and Wix oil filters. The Grand Prix will also have a larger-than-stock filter on it, as well as my Geo Metro.
Filled up and got 28.12MPG. This was with pretty easy driving the entire tank and no more than maybe 30% throttle when I needed to get out of someone's way. I did most of my driving on the freeway at about 59MPH with very little A/C use as well. I did a lot of in-town driving at slower speeds while flushing the coolant. I'd say that I drove about 50-70 miles like that yesterday, so 30MPG may have been possible if I didn't do the in-town driving...
My supra is nothing to look at, lol. It's a hardtop as well, so not as desireable as a targa top. My cousin had an '87 turbo targa as well. I've got a 3" turbo-back on it, bigger intercooler, and 2.5" hardpipes with a synapse synchronic BOV. The body on the supra was pretty messed up on the driver's side when I bought it. I'm thinking about selling it as a parts car since I wouldn't deem it roadworthy.
Here are the headers put together, I had to do some coaxing to get them to slide together (bending and beating) but they went together fine and are a snug fit. I'll be wrapping up most of the pipes. More pictures to come when I'm done wrapping.
Got the tail light covers in, layed them over the tail lights to get an idea for what they will look like and I think they look pretty nice! I've not seen any GP's around here with them yet, so my car will the first to have them in my area.
Almost forgot, I bought copper RTV today and SS band clamps that already have a step in them to ensure a perfect seal. Got those from summit. The 3" are on backorder until the 17th, so that will probably be what will determine when I start putting the headers on.
Well, at least Summit is nearby. Do your local auto parts stores or exhaust shops not have the clamps you need?

sweet! I moved from a big (ish) town in Colorado to a very small town in lower Alabama. I know what you mean. exhaust shops don't even carry gaskets around here, they wanted me to get my own. I bought my gaskets from the exhaust shops in Colorado... oh well, glad yours are on the way!
I should be changing out the tranny filter and filling up with 2 gallons of dexronVI this weekend. I will probably change the supercharger oil as well. Once I'm done with these two things I think that will cover the basic maintenance and I will start doing performance mods to the car.
Wife sent me a pic of the Chrome Projector headlights. I will upload and post them later on. I was wanting the Chrome Depo headlights, but she wanted the projectors, since she controls when I get some, she won
