My name is John, i'm new to this site, but not forums in general. I am a member on quite a few Camaro, racing, and a few Jeep forums as well.

I have been into cars my whole life. I have had a few old Novas, a 70 chevy truck, a small block S10 and I just recently sold my Z28. I have always been a carb guy but I am slowly figuring out this fuel injection thing and loving it! I DD a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 4 inch lift, Borla exhaust and a few other upgrades.

My wife DDs the GTP (that we have owned for 4 years) that is gonna have to satisfy my need for speed (although theres not much comparison, the Camaro had a whole lot more time and money into it). But hoping to change that by slowly working on it until I have the money for another Camaro. Its basically a stock 2000 GTP coupe with 90,000 miles and a cold air intake.

My goal is to help out on here as much as I can, as well as recieve help and insight of others experiences.

Any suggestions of what I should start with? Im thinking exhaust, smaller pulley, thermostat, and sending the computer out to have it reprogrammed.

add an open cone intake and you're off to a good start. as far as exhaust headers would be my first recommendation.

Basically Gladstone, but putting K.C. just seems easier because more people understand where that is.

Thanks for the great modding info blue! It gives me a great idea of where to start and where i'm headed. Sorry for the newbie questions, I should have done a search. I did the exact same thing that always annoyed me on the camaro sites. 25 new guys a day asking the same questions that the 25 new guys the day before had just asked. Hopefully I can meet up with you K.C. guys some time.
