    Hi there!

My name is Chris and I just picked up a very prestine 00 GT coupe. It has every option that I can tell, HUD, roof, neutral leather, Bose, etc. I've got to check the RPO codes to see what its got. The thing is spotless, I don't think it's seen any winter driving from the looks of it.

I haven't done much yet, just de-badged it and DRL delete. I need to claybar it and polish it, etc. but for a quick job, it came out pretty good. I think it's had a lot of wax in the past.

    Love it so far!!

Anyway, great site. I hope to learn and possibly add a lot to the forum.

Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone. I love this car! We took a ride today to a BBQ at my BIL place. It was just sooooo comfortable cruising along, listen to some great music.

I'd like to get some wheels & tint on it. I just missed some nice wheels & tires but am still looking. I like the Mustang GT rims.

It's going to be a toss up where the mod money will go; the Jeep or the GP. LOL

    It needs more than that.

I've got to pull the brakes on all 4 corners and repaint the caliper & brackets and do something with the rotors, the 'hat' part of the rotors is rusty and looks like crap.

I could get a lot more done if I didn't have a job. LOL

IDK, the Heep is a ton of fun too! But I've been modding that for awhile now, so probably will do some to the GP.

Readfield, huh? That's not too far from me. It's not perfect by any means, but it's pretty good for 10 years old.

Thanks everyone. I'm going to do a filter change & drain the ATF, probably do plugs, too. I want to change over to synthetics everywhere. Mobil 1 ATF is ~$9.00/qt. + the filter.

Autolite 606's sound right? That's what I read, seems strange to not use AC's.

yes those autolight are good, but since you have a GT you can run NGK platinums too, thats what i got
