Hi all new to the forums.
Just picked up a 99 GT for my daily driver.

Had a 98 GT, sold it to build my 80 Buick regal which fueled my love for G-Bodys. Sold that Buick so I had to buy the greatest Buick Ever created. My 87 Grand National.

Taking care of some rust issues with the car. should be good to go in the next few weeks. its been a long summer of work on it. complete floor pan gut. back seat pan taken out and refab'd and wheel well work. trunk and frame are perfect. no rust anywhere else. quarters are clean etc.

I believe its because the previous owner quickly undercoated the car and didnt clean it properly trapping whatever grime and deposits underneath allow the cancer to form.

It's of course a t-top car which is also why it was rusting. so the t's are stripped down ready for new weatherstripping as well as completely new stainless steel components.

Ran 11.9 at the track without my meth setup/few tuning adjustments now. we shall see what happens this summer!

    Can pst pics if interested.

As for the prix. Just debadged her. its light brown in color but doesnt look brown at all. never really seen another like her.

ill just be tinting and getting some different headlights as well as a stereo. no need to go crazy on the daily.

Just wanted to say hello and give a little background info.

Long time member on turbobuick.com figured since i own a GP might as well join up!

    Derek.
