    hey guys,
    this is my first post

been using this site to keep my car running for two years now, but i have a problem that i cant find on this site and i am lost and in need of help!!

the car is stock other than l26 intake swap, 254,000 kms on it engine runs(ran) smooth, quite and lots of power!!

suddenly driving around the other night it just quit, misfiring real bad the only code is p0300, i changed plugs, wires, the whole coil ass. , fuel filter. and it accomplished nothing. then i noticed coolant in the intake so i did the l26 intake swap! and still misfiring bad no change at all, the engine does not knock tick or anything, i dont think its blown but who knows. what have i missed? i checked the injectors with a multi meter everything appears in check. i checked every cylinder with a timing light they all fire, checked the plugs they all fire, the only thing i notice that i dont understand is that cylinder 3 or 4 is heating up the intake when you start the car so its back firing right.

does anyone have any ideas what else i can do? the oil is clean the coolant is clean, i know my fair share about cars, still learning computer controlled stuff though!!!

PLEASE HELP ME!!!! if the motor is shot i dont wanna keep spendin money on it, i'll just put a new one in.... i miss my car

welcome to the forums, this is my favorite introduction ever because you have used the SEACH BUTTON to keeop your car running and i thank you for that. well coolant in the oil can seize an engine so have you changed the oil since you replaced the manifold? and did you remove the upper intake AND the lower intake and replace all the gaskets and clean everything?

yes i would change all gaskets just to be safe, thats what my car needed. clean and replace any vaccume line and the PCV valve if neccesary while you doing so
