Not really called little town, but it is indeed a little town

Anywho, My name is Scott, and I'm new here. I'm 17. a senior in highschool. I've been around cars my entire life, and building a hotrodded little 84 camaro sports coupe with a 350.
I bought my first GP yesterday, a 2001 Grand Prix GT with about everything except leather and heads up.

I love it already, took a girl out in it last night, and was loving the 26 MPGs.
So far we've found that the corners of both the drivers and passengers doors leak, but unsure why. The Drivers door outside weatherstrip is comming loose, so we figured that was the problem on that side, but the passenger side dosent seem to want to close all the way at the top. We figure it was pryed into, and not bent back. Also, needs a passenger side window motor, foglight bulb and the dash light behind the gas gauge and the headlight switch. Also the radio lights out, but i intend on putting an aftermarket in anyway.

Nothing i want to tackle yet, but i will eventually. I've got to call our local salvage yard. their listing online shows a window regulator but no price.

Other than that, its a rather decent car. My uncles had an 04 comp g grand prix, and now in a 08 G8. He's always been a pontaic man, and works at a GM dealer, so parts are rather easy.

Well here are the pics of the new baby.

Sorry for the pics being so dark. I had one of the interior but it took me a while to realize that i was shooting on 1/4000 sec so it wasnt till i got home and went through and saw that i messed up.
But she's not going anywhere, so i'll take some more.

Welcome. I have a leak somewhere on the passengers side too. Will check the weatherstripping. Is pretty loud at highway speeds.

I was looking at it for my girlfriend, but she didn't like it because she wants a dark green one.

Do you live far from the NC state line?

Got a oil change so i could get the free multi-point inspection.

all good except left ball joint, and needs tires, and he said small leaks on valve covers and oil pan. but with 170K thats expected,

Got a T-stat put in since it was stuck wide open and now onto the audio system
