i looked up intense racing it said for a reprogrammed pcm its 99.99 but the opitons it has is confusing to read... ?!?!?!

You just need to tell them what you have.. If you decide to go with them, call them and tell them what you have..

Not with stock exhaust manifolds.

Make sure the intake on your car is also a 4"

Ok now Im really damn confused you said that you had a pacesetter cat back and a O2 delete which means you have no ubend.... You need headers........

intake like air intake??? its stock with a hole cut out and plubing(piping) going down the fender wall comes out by bumper? ...homemade

True, if it doesnt have a cat on it, then it shouldnt have a ubend. Get headers and a tune.

correct..or that is what the prev owner told me.... i have never personally looked at the exhaust work....

Right so you dont need a ubend delete.. its already gone but you need headers........

TOG,SSAC,SS,Pacesetters... Pick... No one is going to tell you what headers to get.. its all about what you want to spend on headers..

OBX.. They are crap. Wont seal and needs welding and custom work to make them fit not worth going that cheap.

Im running a plog cause i have a 3.4 setup, im not worried bout headers for my car yet until i build further.

I would get 1s that require no welding, but of course they r pricy.
