    First time here and wanting some info on eliminating the catalyst converter. In soing this I need to bypas the co2 sensor. Any suggestions?

    Get an os eliminator zzp and other places sell them or get the codes tuned out of your pcm

    Why are you getting rid of it?

    Thanks I'll give that a try.... the cat on there is bad and they want too much money for a new one and Colorado doesn't have emissions anymore so I thought I'd just eliminate it.

    Yea how much they want for one, you can get a new one for about $70. Im not suggesting you remove the cat converter as its a federal offense and also dont count on your state not having emissions forever, carb and epa are working on this as we speak.

    get a universal high flow, you can get em between 70-120 for a Magnaflow from summit and keep a decent exhaust tone, +1 on not counting on them being gone for long!

    70 bucks for a high flow magnaflow cat on ZZP, that's what i'll be doing

    Screw the Cat. Just have someone tune the code out of your pcm. I think you can get a "Race Pipe" which is Catless from Summit Racing. I have a Catless Downpipe that I got from Hogan Muffler.

    W Body GM

    I got the DP2 Catless System. He no longer has it listed on his website due to the EPA getting after him. But if you give them a call they might hook you up.
