Welcome to the board. I am not aware of any GP clubs in your area, the closest one I know of would be the Mid Atlantic Club Grand Prix or MACGP which can be found at index1.gif.

But they are also on this board, check the Northeast section under Regional Discussions. Now, all that said, perhaps there is enough interest in your area for a more local club. If so, I encourage you to bring them all together. You dont have to have a website to have a car club. It makes is nice but not a requirement. The problem I think you would run into right now is timing. Its winter and getting a car club together may be a little challenging. But you could start laying the ground work, drumming up the interest and have a meet as it warms back up.

You are welcome to continue to post here and see if others in your area show up here. In fact you could even put something in your signature to the effect of "Maine Grand Prix owners Contact Me" or something along those lines.

I dont know of anyone else, yet, here from your area, I could be wrong but I would say in time they will be here.

I know there are a couple more gp's from Maine, but I don't know who they are and I don't know if they are on this forum. Not much help I know but I remember seeing some people from Maine over on clubgp. Another thing you could do to get more people in a club is don't make it just Grand Prix's. You could include all W-Body cars. We have a total of 6 guys in ND that make up our club so far and I am impressed that we have thay many here. Also if you are real serious about getting a club together you could make up some flyer's (not sure what to put on the because I suck at this part) but something mentioning a car club that includes grand prix's, monte carlo's, reagal's, and all other 3800 cars. Then put on there if they are interested to email you, or go to your website if you have one, but either way let you know. BTW I was thinking sticking these under windshield wipers

Welcome and good luck starting the club up there.

You can check out the local chapters we have here from the link in your User CP. If you do get a club started up there, be sure to add it to the list.
