It turns over but won't start. Been workin on it for days. Not getting any voltage back on the fuel pump. I think it's the Mass Air Flow sensor. There's no continuity when I unplugged it think something shorted out in it. And maybe the computer isn't turning on the fuel pump.

it's a 1997. Well yesterday figuered out that my MAF sensor was broken in half. But I think my fuel pump is still the culprit. It wasn't working my dad took it out and hook it to the battery and it started running and my car has been working for a couple days now. I heard it could be the resister in the fender but I think i'm still gunna have to end up buying a pricey fuel pump.

so now that I got it all up and running I see a good deal on a newer gtp. I think i'm gunna spring for it 2500 more than what I paid for mine I get something a lot newer with half the miles. Got a family so need a good daily driver. Gunna miss my mods though.

Just for future reference, your MAF sensor being broken in half or not working will only make your check engine light turn on. It has nothing to do with starting, or fuel problems
2003 F-350 7.3L Powerstroke, hybrid (burns diesel and rubber ), lots of mods, and gets 22.5 mpg!

Yeah I know I just replaced it while I was there and noticed it. However I do think it does have something to do with it starting because the computer sends an impulse there whenever you turn the key on. Probably to determine the proper air/fuel ratio.

So anyways I was wandering what you all thought my next mod should be on my gtp. I got what I believe to be a 3.4 not 100% sure kinda did some measuring but kinda hard to do without taking the belt off. And a cold air intake. The kid before me cut all the mufflers off so I gotta put some mufflers on it. But I'm wanting to drop pulley sizes(just one or two more) and I was wandering what next move should be? Headers?
