Just got done putting my car back 2gether. Changed out the lim gaskets and installed a rebuilt supercharger with a 3.4 pulley on it. I got a 3 inch catback split 2 2.5 inch dual turbo mufflers, 180 stat, al 104 plugs, 8mm accell wires, short ram intake, optima red top and now with that pulley the car is really flying. Cant wait to find some ricers on the road.

Great job getting it back together...have fun tearing it down again as you have no flow mods for a 3.4" pulley.

    FAIL.

With the 104's and the 180 stat you should scan it and see where you're at with knock. If you still have any I would consider getting or making a CAI and/or a front powerlog/headers.

Well i talked 2 da guys from zzp and they said i didnt need prob any mods 4 a 3.5 pulley but i wanted more power so he recommended the 3,4 pulley as long as i do the mods that i have listed. Thats y i went with a 3 inch catback instead of 2.5 all the way back.

That pretty much sums it up.

And you are on here and after everything that is said about ZZP and you listen to their advice...cmon man, were here to help you not sell you a product that will "GUARANTEE 20 HORSEPOWER" for $50...sure the pulley might have made your car a bit faster...but you aren't scanning for knock....

Ok lets put it this way I had a wizaired intake, 1.9 rockers, ported blower, 180 thermo, 104 plugs, 3"dp, zzp pcm and have about 7* of knock. So with your mods and pulley you are just asking to blow it up then have to look for a new block. Either buy some supporting mods or take the smaller pulley off. You need to scan bad.

If you had that much knock with those mods you have a REALLY bad tune. You don't need to throw mods at a car to reduce knock. Just tune it properly and you will get results.

You can't just TUNE out a 3.4" pulley with no flow mods. It's not happening.
