Just installed a cold air intake with a buddy today...we took out the airbox and my question is...what do we do with the comp???? we zip tied it to the piece of metal below where the box used to be..im worried about the plastic melting or the comp gettting too hot. Did we totally **** up or are we ok?
ps we just didnt do it out of impulse, we had directions from the manufacturer

i zip tied mine and so did almost everyone else here, you'll be fine. You could also get a pcm tray from gm or intense, i believe the part number is for a 2000 blazer/sonoma
