Hi All,
I am the lucky new owner of a 2002 Grand Prix GT.
I was driving a 1998 3.1 v6 Chevy Malibu and took it to 400,000 Km before I decided it's probably time to get a new vehicle.
I thought I was going to be getting another Malibu (since I had such good luck on the first) but I ended up testing out the GP.
It was awesome! My wife said it suited me a lot... so I bought it.
It's like a boxer, with extra padded gloves. Lots of power without the harsh edges, haha.

My new baby as of yesterday: 2002, Black-Sapphire, GP GT, 4-door sedan, 156,000 Km on the Odometer, in mint condition (paid 4k for it). I don't think the back seats have ever been sat in before. The previous owner drove it to work mostly, highway driving. Nicely cleaned and detailed before pickup, even the engine bay and all the parts in it. I'll post some pics of it when I get a chance.

It currently is running stock parts on just about everything I think. I'm considering a few upgrades such as: Air filter, new headlamps, new Rims and tires (going to swap for 18" rims and 245/45/18 tires). I'll probably give it a nice going over with some polish and wax and get it back up to gleaming (it's already pretty sweet, but it could use some more tlc).

I'm glad I found this site, there's so much info here that is fantastic. I saw under the "how-to" section the post regarding the spoiler and removing it to clean/repair under it. It seems like a good start to clean it out and get some space in there.

Anyway, I'll be around and asking plenty of questions in the near future.

Cheers All!
Chris
