    I have an 04 grand Prix and when i turn it on the traction control light comes on and says traction control off and when i press the tc button nothing happens could it be a faulty button or is there something else up P.S the ABS light isn't on

    same issue on mine, but abs light is on for me.

    Most likely a bad wheel hub or broken wire to the hub. Could also be the ABS module. The only real way to find out is to scan and get the codes.

    normally if its the button there wont be any lights on. you just wont be able to turn it off but if youd like to try buttons at the junkyard are cheap think I only paid like 2 or 3 bucks and simple to replace don't go to a parts store for one they cost more than some of the radios at Walmart haha
    2004 gtp SD headers, e85, #60 injectors, Walbroh 255lph, junkyard custom fender well intake, lq4 MAF, 2.8 Pulley, 1.95 rockers, l76 springs, ssic w/ vw rad shift kit and tranny cooler 275/45r17.     Does your ABS light come on when you turn the key to ignition? It should come on with all the other lights and then go out once you start the car if there aren't any ABS issues.
