Went to install my new DP this morning on my 04 GTP and got removing the old one, which was going perfect until I had to take off the front. I tried multiple angles and different ratchets from both underneath and from the top and I can't seem to get a proper reach to the dang bolts.

Is there any tricks or specific steps to getting to these bolts? Like rolling the engine forward or unhooking hoses, using extensions, etc?
Would've tried more ways if it didn't start pouring rain about 5 minutes after I started lol.

Any tips would be really appreciated.

20 inches or so of extensions worked for me.

Like Scotty a few extensions always worked for me and I never had an issue with them.

I used a 24" extension, swivel, then my socket. Easiest way I found.

^^that is what I've done too.

You can unbolt the dogbones and rock the motor backwards to help reach them easier.
