i replaced the fuel pump and checked the ballast resistor, ( fuel pump resistor) by bypassing the relay, i go to turn key , new pump,( ive tried 3 other new ones btw) and it primes but no gas will spray, i even hotwired the pump and still, will keep running and wont spray any fuel. checked for codes, no codes come up

    clogged filter?

you can check to see if the injectors are getting power too, test light in the plug of one while someone tuns the key and then cranks it while you test. they only flash for a few seconds to prime the engine, so it will be short. but if they flash they should be working.

if they dont flash, start checking the wire harness for damage. near the pcm where the harness runs past the ac lines in one place they rub through.

By nozzle do you mean the valve on the fuel rail? If yes when cranking fuel should squirt out of it

when i changed fuel filter i released all the pressure, amd the the fuel nozzle that is on the fuel pump itself, it has the fuel nozzel the nozzle in the middle and the return nozzel, when the pump activates no gas will go throught the pump sending unit, ive tried manually priming it , bringing the gas to the top of the pump, expecting to turn the keyand the pump to at least drizzle some out , but i cant get that either

tap talk seems to let you phone guys post pics, or use a hosting site and drop a link to the pic.
