Trying to install a key fob for my 2002 GP GTP that also has a custom radio (No idea where the original is). Is it still possible for me to install a key fob? Had a shop tell me I would lose the radio if they programmed one. I also looked up some instructions on how to do it and some require steps such as entering the key in without turning it three times, holding the lock button on the door, etc. While others have a extra instruction of taking out the Mall/PGM Fuse then following the instructions. So my question is which set of instructions do I follow? ALso is it still possible for me to reprogram a key fob if the car does not have the original radio installed?

    Mall pgm fuse deailo.

I installed 2 new keyfobs on my sisters car 1-2 years ago, it has an aftermarket cd player when she bought it. No problems getting everything done.

Alright thanks, Im having a bit of trouble pulling the two fuses out, is there a locking mechanism that I need to press to loosen the two fuses out or will carefully yanking it out with some pliers be fine?

Needle nose pliers is all I use.
