Hello everyone I am new here to the GP forums however I am not near to owning a Grand Prix. It all started for me after I sold my very first car I got a 2000 Grand Prix GT and drove it for about 3 years until I sold it and replaces that with a 2004 Grand Prix GT until leaving work one day a college girl on her phone ran a stop sign in front of me and totaled it and that leads me to where I am now with a beautiful 2004 Grand Prix GTP CompG (best car I have ever had and is still one of the best looking cars out on the road!)

I am however having a few problems and I am hoping that someone can help me here...

    1. Sometimes my ABS, Brake and TCS lights will come on and it will shut off my TCS, ABS, Stability system and variable steering.. Im not sure what the issue is here and really need help.

    2. Say I am going about 60-70MPH, If I really hit the gas it will stutter until I let off the gas... Now it had this issue awhile back until me and my dad had fixed it HOWEVER recently I took it in to the get the valve cover recall fixed and every since then it has been doing it again (I am also pretty sure my supercharger bypass solenoid needs replaced problem is I know nothing about it whatsoever, could that be whats causing my problem?)

About the car, shes a 2004 with 118K miles, I am the 2nd owner of the car.

    Welcome.

I had that problem(stuff shutting down) with my 04 compg when i had the chrome torque stars. They were constantly leaking. make sure your tires are inflated the same.

As far as the stutters you need to be able to read the codes. Most will keep torque pro handy on their phones with a obdll bluetooth.
Might be a simple vac leak off the factory lines. Check the T under the charger snout to the back map sensor around front to the solenoid.

The other thing for the blinky lights might be a bad wheel hub or just a wire to the speed sensor on 1 of the corners.

    1. This is usually a sign of either a wheel bearing going out or you have a bad connection at one of the abs connectors.

    2. Is your CEL on or flashing when it stutters?

The CEL only comes on during that time if I do not let off the gas quickly and keep going, If it starts to stutter and I let off just for a second it stops and is normal.
