My wife's grandpa bought this car new in 1998 and it has been garage kept since. 35,000 miles (not a typo). Completely stock and ridiculously clean of course. Are there any problems I need to be away of if I decide to buy this car? Thanks!

it's going to need upper and lower intake manifold gaskets and the dexcool antifreeze drained and replaced. even though it has low mileage, those gaskets wear out over time. they might be fine now, but keep an eye on them.
Chances are the rocker panels and rear strut towers are rust free. Check them and be sure. If they are rust free and I am guessing they are, do something to treat them to prevent rust if you drive it in the winter. Other than that, if the normal Grand Prix issues haven't cropped up yet, they will eventually... Power window motors and regulators, intake manifold gaskets, dexcool, hub bearings, etc. If you buy it, don't put a dime into mods until maintenance is done and you know it runs and drives well. Good luck with it, nice score if you get it.
What do you think the car is worth? Bluebook says $3600.
It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.
Sure really low miles adds some value but it's a 18 year car still that doesn't sell for much on the open market. If you could get 6-8k for a near mint condition grand prix you are doing pretty good but you aren't likely to find many buyers.
