hello,
I am asking this question, and it might sound dumb, but I won't know until I ask.
I have a 2002 Grand Prix. It is almost 85% brand new, if not almost new under the body of the car. I have a newer engine, with now 17,000kms, newer as of the last 2 years:: struts all around, full muffler, cat, res, sway bar and links, and new rotors and calipers, new AC unit, and rad, and battery, etc ,etc.
I bought a used 2002 GP, and the body is in excellent condition. Barely any rust, where mine has lots of rust. The doors are heaven. haha
So wanting to put the body of the bought car on my car. I can do the doors, the hood and trunk. IS there a way to do the quarter panels and roof at all?? I googled it, and can't find any information.
Is there a way to do this, or having to cut the quarter panels and put on my car?
Any help, or suggestions would be great. I posted on FB, and they were saying engine swap, but that is not what I want to do, and the engine on that bought car is not in great shape. MINE is cleaner and in better shape.
So you see my problem here.
Thanks for all your help.
