To start my name is Tyler and this is my first car. Always been a truck guy (have had my 97 silverado for six years now and an s10 trailblazer that I regretfully sold for three years that was my first vehicle) but for $900 I don't think this was too bad of a deal. 2000 GP GT. 230k NA 3800. No automatic but shifted when manually selected. Some rust but it's going to be a beater/daily and allow me to start giving the truck some much needed attention. Strut towers in back have rot. Rear rockers have holes under the skirts but not terrible. It has a hitch that I don't feel I should trust..... Have yet to drive the thing. Was trailered home to investigate this wonky trans "problem" idiot previous owner claims" I'll put pics in here tomorrow and elaborate on the other **** elsewhere. Thanks for letting me into this place!

Here's the pics of the ol girl. I'm anxious to get this thing back up and running as I haven't been able to drive it yet. Supposed to be warm this coming week. Should be able to get some parts and hopefully shoehorn this stuff back in there.

Here's my baby. My 97 silverado. I can list the stuff I've done if anyone's interested but I'll keep this section short since this ain't no truck forum. If anyone wants to see specific details I can link my build thread over on gmt400.

And here's the Gfs 2010 Mazda 3. Nice car. 50k miles. No mods to this aside from tint cause I hate fishbowling it.

I like it so far. Double the fuel economy of the truck and it's comfy.

Thank you for your service to this fine country of ours by the way. Wouldn't be great without folks like y'all standing up for this place.
