i had the same code. i have a tuner so i just deleted the evap.

but what i found when i changed my fuel pump was likely the cause of my code. if you look under the car under the gas filler door, follow the two pipes down, one is the fill tube, the little one is the vent, my little tube was rotted through and fell off hanging by a rubber hose.

it rusted through where the tab is welded to the tubes for a bolting location. i cut the line over tab, then used a rubber hose to reconnect the two ends. its a free check and you next step is to look for a busted line, smoke test will show any leaks as well.

no pics of that repair. hacksaw and some rubber hose and 2 clamps is all thats involved. if your line is rusted through.

smoke test will show the leak if you have a smoker to test with.
