    Adding Power seat on the passenger side

    Power unit from the drivers side

    This is the reat section beside the console
    A hole needs to be drilled to change the offset from the drivers side to passenger

    This is the front outer section drill new hole for offset

    This is the front iner section drill new hole for offset

    Make angle iron for offset of the reat outer section

    Had to open up the front inner of the seat frame

    And here is the seat all bolted up

    And now the side plastic for the switches

    Made a template from the other side and cut out the plastic for the power seat switches

    Used epoxy to glue the switches in and yes the controles will work normaly

    if you want the re wriring instuctions let me know

    Here is the finished seat with the side

    ORIGINAL WIRING:

    BEIGE = FORWARD
    GREEN = BACKWARD
    GREY = RAISE FRONT
    WHITE = LOSER FRONT
    PINK = RAISE REAR
    VIOLET = LOWER REAR

    MOVE THE FOLLOWING:

    BEIGE TO GREEN AND GREEN TO BEIGE

    GREY TO PINK AND PINK TO GREY

    WHITE TO VIOLET AND VILET TO WHITE

    INSERT A SMALL FLAT SCREWDRIVER WHERE YOU SEE THE U SHAPE
    TO UNLOCK THE PINS YOU CAN SEE THE TAB IN THE PHOTO

    FOR THE LUMBAR I DINT CHANGE ANYTHING

    GOOD LUCK

    Cool writeup I would have had to paint it though. The rust would have drove me nuts!

    If you get a copy of them please post them up, I've been wanting to do this to my Passenger GXP seat. I'll probably buy everything next JY trip so I might just try to figure it out without the pics...and I'll take pics along the way, lol.

    K guys, I have the pics, please remember. I have not done this yet. I will be doing it with a 04+ seat eventually, so I will be able to answer the questions then. I also have higher res pics, but these have captions.

    The pictures were number 1-15 so thats how I posted them, I hope the line up with the OP's write up.
