    Remove-

    • the goal—to remove the bumper in one piece

    • both headlamps- two 10 mm bolts each unit

    • disconnect fog lamp plugs—these can be hard to get at (I waited until I pulled the bumper off, but this can stress the wiring if you don’t have someone to help you hold the bumper)

    • six Phillips head screws- 3 on each side (attaching wheel well liner to bumper)

    • two hidden 10 mm bolts- 1 each side (attaching bumper to fender—these are behind wheel well liner. There is a slot to insert your socket and extension into just above the 3 Phillips head screws that were removed in previous step)

    • four 7 mm screws- 2 each side (bottom edge of bumper on each side—these also hold wheel well liner in place)

    • four push-in retainers that attach splash guard to bumper

    • five push-in retainers that hold bumper to impact bar (mine were missing, which can be noticed in the previous picture)

    • one 7 mm screw- top center of bumper

    • two push-in retainers on top edge of bumper (on each side of 7 mm center screw)

    Observations/Tips

    • Notice the slots on the top edge on each side of bumper. These help you guide the bumper into place and are especially useful if you are doing the job by yourself

    • Attach the one 7 mm screw and/or the 2 push-in retainers into the top center of bumper to hold it in place until you are able to get the rest of the fasteners in place
