    I recently installed a factory nav unit out of a 2007 gp into my 04 comp g.
    Everything works besides the navigation getting gps signal. It just looks like this
    well it looks cool and gets my butt around its a car and thats all i care about so stop complaining about it...

    Did you install a gps antenna?
    98 GTP modded 1.9's, sd headers, 3.4", zzp 1.0 230K miles scrapped.

    Did all the plugs line up in the back?
    Wanted to do this for while but hesitated because did t wanna buy the gxp radio if it didnt work.

    The plugs are the same. I have a factory nav in my 04 comp g

    you have to run a wire form the back of the headunit to the the green Vehicle Speed Sensor wire connected to the PCM under the hood.

    seems there has been a lot of question on this specifically (pin location on either end) next time I open my dash I will get apic and also os the VSS on the PCM. without the VSS wire your GPS will never actually function properly with identifying its own location and also putting directions on your HUD which is the other benefit of the factory nav unit.
    Overkilled, AL605s, 180 T-stat, Cone Intake, Cross drilled & Slotted Rotors, f-body upgrade, poly upper mounts, shorter dog bones,
    factory nav, 2x12s in the trunk, interior LED swap, all 5000k HIDs, red halo's in upper grille, tinted tails and reverse lights, de-badged, XM to line in conversion
