I just need the part, and I don't care whether or not it originates through GM. If you can access one for me, please do so. Much credit to you for posting the pictures and instructions.

Hey FastKatt, does your cowl look anything like this? I had this '07 in the shop today and this is how it looked. Plastic was just warped to hell, nothing in the way underneath it at all. As soon as I saw it, I thought of yours.

More than likely the issue. You can run a garden hose on your windshield and watch under the dash. It will drip right out of the bottom of the blower housing most of the time. Sometime it will run down the firewall if you pull the carpet back.

Ya, kind'a... Not that warped though
It's just up a bit right over the area with the filter underneath.
I got a picture on my phone, just need to get it here

No wet spots as of yet, and it rained last night, I'll check when I head to work.
Got my "new" Morad blower motor in yesterday, not used to having that much blowing going on. Also forgot how loud a fully functional motor is, LOL

    Damp floor this morning...
I'll have to investigate to see if it's the same issue or a new/different one
    I'll keep you posted

My car has never had this issue before, but I got out of school and there was literally a puddle.

Money sent. If you don't have any right now, don't worry about refunding. I trust that you'll get one soon enough.

Thanks man. I really need to get this done. I couldn't believe how much water was in my car. It wasn't even raining that hard.

    Keep me updated.
