remove the headlights, there's two screws in the wheel wells for the bumper cover, then thrers the three top push pins and then you MIGHT have some underneath. If not then the whole thing will come right off....you can do it in literally 10 minutes if you know how.

Get that thing on there...it looks awesome...probably the best homeade intake i've seen.

I might be able to brave the cold for 10 mins if thats all it would take plus the time to put the intake on but as long as its not an hour idk im gona go look at it and see if can find what all holds it on

It might take a little bit longer your first time.....but after youve done it once it will be a cakewalk the next time.

You don't have to remove the bumper to install that thing...just take out the airbox and toss the PCM in there somewhere.

    yea its 4" id

if i just put it where the airbox is ill proabally have to remove a few inches but i might do that and then when its warmer maybe put it in the fender more one thin im worried about is water. Do these things stop water from getting in at all cause i doubt they do

Like I've said before...unless your forging the river at Devil's rock...with Typhoid fever...and 2 dead oxen...you don't have to worry about any water in the intake.

K sounds good then ill probally put this thing on today then and just leave it where the airbox used to be cause I see no point in moving 2-3 more inches to see a gain of what .05 hp and maybe half a degree colder air

one other questioun does it matter where I put the IAT sensor or can it just go anywhere on the intake? cause I would like to put it on the bottem side so you cant see it

I'd put it as far away from the exhaust as you can as long as your putting it back in...it basically just does what it is called...it senses the temp of the air coming in your intake tract...so the closer it is to colder air the better reading your gonna get.
