I have an 04 GP GT2, I've changed the fuel pump, fuel filter and the fuel harness. I also replaced the relay and the fuse. It cranks but it won't start. Any other suggestions?? And yes it has fuel.

Has fuel to the cylinders to to the fuel rail?
If you are in doubt...spray some tb or brake clean into the intake and crank it over.. If anything is different..it's not getting fuel.
see if the injectors are firing. unplug one, use a test light or a marker bulb out the head light in the plug for the injector, turn the key ro run, it should flash a few times then stop.
spray some carb cleaner in the TB, then crank it, if it dont fire up for a second or so your missing spark.
Checked the coils one two of them got shocked (lol) but not in one of them. So, could this be it?
shocking aint it>? they will shock good or bad, thats not a good test. a spark tester would be better to use. it pops into the spark plug wire and flashed if its getting spark.
How do you know you are getting fuel? Spraying carb cleaner is the quickest way of making sure if its a fuel or spark problem. Takes 5 seconds.
If only one of your coils were bad you would at least be able to start it. Dunno if it would run long but doesn't sound like yours is even trying to start.
Well I put a noid lite in the injector and it starting blinking like crazy, so the fuel pump is bad....

Make sure you are getting power to the pump. First, you can listen when you turn the key, you should hear it prime. If not pull the cover and see if you hear it. Still not hearing it, and you've checked fuses, use a dmm and check for power at the FP harness. You have 2 grounds and 2 power wires (I'm assuming its the same as other years). One wire you will have 5 volts with key on. That's the sender. The other larger gauge wire should have 10-12v when you first turn key to on, engine off. Then it will drop to zero volts. When you try to start your car you should see 12v again.
When turning the key I can't hear the pump turning, however I changed all of the relays and fuses and the Harness to the pump is also new.
You said you had fuel to the rails. I'd assume it was a good solid spurt when you pressed the schrader valve. Now you've checked the injectors and say the lights flashed. Those two things contradict each other.
Have you sprayed some carb clean or brake clean into the TB yet?
I'm kinda known to be able to diagnose these cars from across the country through bad typing skills and horrible grammer. Some think of me as "the guy" and follow the advice fairly blindly. Please .. spray some crap in it to confirm the thought.
Well, when I made a mistake it didn't spurt out gas just oozzed out. I should of choose my words carefully.
I have a Delco or Denso I bought from Rock auto that I don't need. It was whatever was OEM one. I haven't even opened the box
