How about drilling and tapping the front PCV passage for IC plates where front PCV is blocked off? LIM improvement and so much nicer than having a hose barb sticking out of the oil fill cap.

Didn't think the fitting in my oil cap extension was so bad.

Yea I didn't want my PCV sticking out like a sore thumb. I don't have hardly anything on the front of my engine.

The L27 is a Series 1 engine produced from 91-94 and does not swap onto the Series 2.

I want to thank you for this thread! I had to do my LIM gaskets and saw this. I was able to locate end plugs. One thing I might of done different is I would of ground down the plug so I wouldn't have to tap so far to get it flush. The aluminum is thin there and its a fine line of getting the tap in just right! I believe I went about 13 1/2 turns on the first one so the second one I turned the tap in 12 turns and then slowly creeped it until I got the plug flush.

Yes I did and this wasn't in the first post "The ported supercharger housing increases the mass of air flowing out of the supercharger outlet by enlarging the factory restricted outlet and reduces heat generation resulting in an increase in horsepower."

This is the answer I was, more or less, looking for. Thanks anyway! I did a little research and found this. With that being said, I will do a lot more research before asking any questions.

Aeroforce sells an air temperature sensor kit, but it is probably over priced. any idea if the aforementioned Camaro sensor will send the right signal to the aeroforce gauge? or should I just get the Camaro sensor and another gauge, either way it will end up costing about the same.

Did you plug the temp sensor into an aeroforce, and it worked?
