There's already a fitting on 04+ so I block off the nipple on the gen v supercharger and connect a hose from valve cover to intake between maf and plate? And that's it?

If the PCV is external on the gen V, then that PCV will still have to be hooked up as well as that will provide the PCV for the rear head.

Matt, I thought you only had to run a hose from the front valve cover to the intake like sseilmnop said. Could you explain what you suggest instead?
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

Most intercooler cores leave the rear PCV function alone.

If his PCV leaves the blower from that nipple on the back, it still has to be connected otherwise there will be no PCV for the rear head unless you tapped both valve covers.

Up to you. I think it'd be cleaner to utilize the existing nipple/system for at least one head.

Hose from rear nipple, hose from front valve cover, into T and single hose to intake

Okay, so what if the PCV is blocked like in sseilmnop's core? Do you need to tap the rear valve cover as well as the front?

Intercooler is not a zzp with tiny groove on LIM. Connect front valve cover to stock l32 throttle body. Block nipple on back of gen 5 super. This nipple use to connect to l32 TB it now will connect to valve cover.

Then you don't have any rear PCV?

ZZP WBS and sseilmnop have rear PCV hole. WBS and sseilmnop are same, rear only. ZZP has front groove and requires nothing to get PCV to work.

WBS and sseilmnop require front valve cover only.

Hey sseil i just recently got my hands on a Gen V. My current setup before getting a gen V was a zzp stage 2 intercooler setup with ported gen 3 blower and ported tb. Basically from what ive read.....If i want to replace my gen 3 with my new Gen V and want everything to work correctly,....i should drill a hole and tap my ported L67 Throttle body as you pictured on the first page.....and then run a line from that tapped hole to the nipple on the back of the Gen V? Is that all i have to do? And should i use a L32 supercharger gasket? I was using an l67 supercharger gasket with my gen 3.

Yes, drill and tap throttle body and connect to nipple on back of gen 5. The gen 5 should work with l67 intake. I don't no which gasket / gaskets sorry.

went out and looked at mine and as I thought before, the genIII core blocks the genV so putting a vac hose on it does nothing...

If tiny groove and stuff are blocked by l67 LIM / gen 5 combo then connect TB to valve cover breather.

    Your setup.
    Gen 5 supercharger
    Gen 3 intercooler
Gen 3 LIM W/ zzp tiny groove for PCV
    North star TB

You are getting vacuum at the rear nipple on super.

Im not sure that the tiny groove on gen3 LIM works with gen 5 supercharges. And it is pretty easy to get manifold vacuum leaking by the gasket into the PCV passages which would give you vacuum and boost.

What do I do about the evaporate? My gen v to N* adapter doesn't have a fitting for it to plug in so I capped it off earlier and then werytime I went to fill up gas would pour out of the gas tank neck and wouldn't allow me to fill up. Can I add a T and tap into the pcv vacuum line?

I used the stock location on the back of the gen V under the pcv vacuum nipple and used a gen v evap. You'll need to flip your n* adapter upside down to use which doesnt effect anything as long as your coolant holes in the lim are plugged.
