To remove your head unis follow this guide, its very helpful:

About the dash kit, this whole kit will be also extremely helpful:

is it the same in the 2 door modles? because my ash tray is in the center consul.

well in the picture the ashtray is in the center console too. I think its pretty straight forward. Just pop the plastic molding and you will have access to the radio screws....
