INLET MACHINING 101:

Since i am not worried about people replicating my work, and i just want to help some people out who have the tools, but have not thought about this way, here is how i achieve such spectacular results:

For the inlet, i first start out my making my jig. I have already made this from the first job and it works flawlessly. Get a appropriate sized hole saw and make your jig like this:



Then take your router with your 3/8" trim bit w/ bearing like this:



Enjoy all 5 minutes worth of work to achieve this, perfect circle, centered and now all you have to do is blend:
