The gp community here is nonexistant. We need to make an effort to get a real go club going. And if there isnt enough of us we should atleast make an effort to be recognized by other pontiac/buick clubs. Im dying for interaction with some gp people, the only people with gp's ive encountered are young people who were givin theyre car and take full credit for the work mommy and daddy paid way too much for. Dying for people who build and love these things. I have extra l67's and any and all parts you could think of i love the 3800 supercharged series. I do all my own work, built not bought.

It's nice to see another Grand Prix enthusiast locally.

From the temecula area, myself. Found this while researching possible solutions to my dilemma, tranny issues on a 97 gt sedan. 200k. Would like to continue as owner (since 2000). Question though, is it worth it? Would like swap out tranny/engine, but short on knowledge/skill/time and all important funds. Any advice is helpful as i have had bad luck in finding parts from local salvage yards.
